Return Policy

At Noted, our main goal is to well serve our beautiful, loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

We accept any time returns, issued to the original payment method (re-stocking fee may occur) or 100% store credit for the current value of the item.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How returns work:

1. Visit and request a return. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval.
2. Include your return form and item(s) in package.
3. Ship your package, you may hand deliver it to the mail carrier office or your friendly residential mail carrier
Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our facility.

We offer exchanges for the SAME item, but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a refund or store credit.

Gift Cards (Store Credit)
If you have your eye on a cute item and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.

Gift card and store credit will expire five years from the date issued.

Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We completely understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once your order is initially processed we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have.

First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we haven't already processed your order. We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
